**Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days depending on the city.

Customized or large special-order trays may require additional preparation time.

**Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary by location and will appear during checkout.

**Order Processing

All orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next business day.

**Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
العنوان غير الصحيح أو فشل التوصيل**
If the address provided is incorrect or the customer is unavailable, re-delivery fees may apply.
إذا كان عنوان التوصيل غير صحيح أو لم يكن العميل متاحًا، فقد يتم فرض رسوم إعادة توصيل.
If the product is affected due to delays caused by incorrect information or customer unavailability, no refund or replacement can be offered.
وفي حال تأثر المنتج بسبب التأخير الناتج عن معلومات خاطئة أو عدم توفر العميل، لا يمكن تقديم استرجاع أو استبدال.
**Temperature-Sensitive Products

Chocolate items may be impacted by heat during transit. We ensure proper thermal packaging, but once delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
